Information for adults and children with grommets
We recommend waiting one week after the grommets are inserted before getting your earplugs fitted. The fitting process is not painful and will not interfere with your grommets, however most ears need this time for any inflammation or sensitivity to settle. Alternatively, you can schedule your earplug appointment for before your grommet procedure.
